I ordered a part 8/13/2019 (today is 9/4/2019)... it has yet to arrive. The tracking hasn't updated in 2 1/2 weeks, still show it's in China. This company is in China, so they're telling me it is hung up in Customs. If you need a print quickly, this is probably not the best place to go.
They have offered a Refund, which I will take them up on. Since I will have to now order this print from someone else.

Took over 2 weeks to arrive and when it did the quality was very poor. Requested a refund but was told that I should have paid even more money. Feel thoroughly ripped-off and their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a total lie.

We has reviewed our make, which was also posted at https://www.thingiverse.com/make:699396, Don't know why think the print is in bad quality printed with 0.3mm layer height that you requested and said we ask you to pay more money when nothing about money or payment was mentioned. We stated the fact that if you choose 0.2mm resolution instead of 0.3mm, the edges of the letter will be more clear.

Print arrived in perfect condition, i'm happy with it. Anna is really nice answering my inquiries. I would recommend sending out emails with tracking info, that would make your service perfect.

Thanks for your comment and suggestion. We have been working on it and recently launched the system to automatically send out emails with the tracking info about your order, customer can track the shipment directly from the email.

We would like to thank all of our customers for your support and genuine advice. An issue that has been bothering us and you guys is that the order status in Thingiverse won't update. Unfortunately, Thingiverse order status cannot be updated, it will always stayed as "PLACED". The reason probably being that Thingiverse was tailored to trade virtual products, where the process is done once the file is downloaded.

Good news! We just launched the order updates function through email. Now, you don't need to worry about order status in thingiverse. Would not recommend ordering from NinjaPrototype if you are based out of the U.S. and expect a decent turnaround. Nowhere on their Thinginverse page does it state that they 3D print out of China, which means international shipping to the U.S. Only after requesting a shipping update about 6 days after placing the order did they send me a link where it became clear that they were shipping from Shanghai, China. The estimated delivery date was "10 days" on my invoice, which seems pretty deceiving. As of today (13+ days from when I placed my order), the item is still sitting at Los Angelos customs. Had I known it would take this long, I would have just sourced locally.

I have had the same experience. If I had known it was coming out of Chine, I would have used a US based company. They advertise 48 hour print, which to me suggests the order will be printed within 48 hours, but it took them 4 days to print and it is way pass the 4 days for global shipping with it somewhere between China and Florida.

EDIT: And they tacked on a $1 tip even though I said not to when ordering.

Some designers force people to pay tip when they order the print. You can avoid it by downloading the files and upload directly to our site to order. However, making 3D models takes hard work, so please respect and give credit to designers when you can. Thanks.

There is nothing that "FORCES" a tip. I changed the "Suggested" tip amount to $0, yet I still got charged.

EDIT: It looks like your other comment got flagged for moderation, but I got the email with it. Just because you are having issues with payment from Thingiverse, that is no reason to de-prioritize Thingiverse customers orders. It is not a customer's issue, but an issue between you and Thingiverse. If you can't handle the arrangement with Thingiverse, then stop taking orders through them.

Designers can set a minimum tip amount for printing from their design, which in your case, was set to $1. If you were able to change the amount to $0, there could be a bug with the App, this portion was written and managed by Thingiverse. However, we have not seen or heard about this issue before, we can look into it and let thingiverse know if it is the case.
As I said in the comment, we sincerely apologize for the delay as customers should not be affected in this case.

Sorry that you are not happy with experience.
I would like to clarify the situations recently. When you place the order, the money goes to Thingvierse not to us and thingiverse pay us after certain period of time. Recently, Thingiverse have been having issues with pay out, so we have not receive payment for orders for a couple of months so far and there is no timeline on when the issue will be fixed. So thingiverse orders are deprioritized due to this reason. I understand the customers should not be affected in this situation so we sincerely apologized for it. We have communicated with them multiple times and they are trying to get it fixed and hopefully it will be normal soon.

The tip is set and charged by designers when you order the print based on their design, which has nothing to do with us.
Some designers force people to pay tip when they order the print. The way you can avoid the tip is to download the files and upload to our site https://www.ninjaprototype.com/3d-printing-service to order. However, making 3d models really takes hard work, so please be respect and give credit to designers when you can.

Thanks for your advice. We will make those updates in the next version of the App. The quoted 10 days is a fixed number set by Thingiverse no matter which product/shipping method a customer choose. We have not been noticed of this time span and is unable to update it.

At the same time, we have been testing on different carriers with various shipping products to identify the most reliable ones to use in the future. Currently, the economy shipping takes 7-12 business days, not calendar days, which is quite slow. An average delivery time of 10 calendar days from Shanghai to US will be available soon in the next version of our App.

Don’t expect global 2 day shipping. I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks.

Edit: fully refunded and was told to keep the item due to recent influx of orders. I’ll vouch for ninjaprototype. Going to tip back the full amount.

Thanks for the comment. Production on average takes 2 business days, however, it could vary depending on the complexity of the model.
If DHL/UPS/Fedex express shipping method is selected, delivery takes 2-4 days. (Those shipping methods is not available for all addresses)
If UPS expedite/EMS is selected, delivery takes 4-7 days.
If Economy(USPS/ePacket) shipping is selected, the delivery time vary from 5-20 days.

Excellent quality, out of my expectation. I need to reverse engineering a vintage wrangler part that no longer exists on the market. I tried three materials from them, PLA, resin and nylon, all came in great quality and very good price. A thumb up to your printing techniques and services!

Ordered Pimax + Vive DAS Adapter in black nylon and they works great for me! The ones I had printed form other services only lasted for a week or two. These ones are really nice and strong doesn’t look like 3d printed. Thank you so much!

Ordered a couple weeks ago. Interface sufficient though sometimes confusing as their support content about materials and the labels in the interface didn't always match up. My order is still listed as "processing" even though they promise 48hr turnaround. Messaged a few days after to check what's up but still no response from support. Note that this provider will be printing in and shipping from China.

$48 for a small ezabl mount for my CR10. Lets me choose color but NOT material or infill percentage. I know what service I wont ever be using.

$300 for 2 small parts to hold an lcd controller absolutely not there is no way those two parts are worth more than $15-20 each.
