Great model man. I actually had the thought to make something very similar to this but you saved me a bit of work!

I designed a gasket to improve the seal between the fan and filter. It will also dampen any vibration from the fan.

Have you used this yourself/how well does it work?

How much time do you give it to vent the enclosure after the end of a print, before opening it?

$16.75 for the fan, no way you can get five (5) of them for about $10.00 they run on 5 volt but I run them at 12 volts with no problem. I know cause I have been doing it for about 8 months now. Here is the link. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EL938E6?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00 . I just ordered another set of five and that makes 15 that I own. The really move a huge amount of air. Have a great day! :-)

Those fans do not fit this design at all. Wasted money. Stick with the fan listed in the description for anyone reading this.
