Any change you gonna improve the arcade button unfortunately the nut is too wide and the button to small.

Great design , Have you tested and used them over a good period of time ?

It's a nice design but there's no such thing as a "standard" arcade button.

It's defiantly not a Jamma sized button (Japan Amusement Machine and Marketing Association). That's the standard typically used in 80s and 90s arcade cabinets.

What were the print settings you used when you printed this?

I printed one up - the button seems to go together and would work with a microswitch, but the nut seems way too big (just slides up and down the button without engaging the threads at all really)

I don't remember off the top of my head but I know it took allot of tries to get it right. I would print a few more and scale it down each time. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

hey mate, great work but I want to be able to make custom shape buttons that hook onto the arcade switch. Don't suppose you mind sharing the design files do you?

Can you define "standard micro switch" a bit better? There are literally hundreds of micro-switches available out there. What size is needed for this? Can you perhaps give a link to a switch that fits? Thanks a lot!

I believe switch on the picture is a V3-1 series switch with plunger action.

Yep. do a eBay search for Arcade Micro Switch. If you are willing to wait for them to get her from china you can get them 10 for 8 dollars.

Just look up arcade micro switch. Standard switch is around 1 or 2 dollars.
