On my "antique" hydrant this is ever so slightly too small. Need to scale up 105%

Hello, could you please post the part file if you made it on solidworks? I would like to mess around with it. Thank you.!

I just posted the solidworks file, sorry it took so lnog

Can you put a gash shutoff slot in the other end of the wrench?

Absolutely! It might take me a couple days though

I printed a couple of these so far. HIPS at 90% fill broke about 1" above the head on the first twist. Worked fine for getting caps off.

That is awesome! I noticed the same, lots of different hydrants have slightly different sized fittings. I was wondering what would happen if I printed it with one shell, then filled it with something stronger...

When I printed it I used shell value of 2mm. I plan on printing again in super-duty nylon when I get it. HIPS is not as strong as I had hoped. Also, I plan on drilling/tapping a small hole for a steel stud to use a window breaker.

Sorry it took so long, I did just upload the solidworks file, if anyone wants to mess with it!
