Can you please share details on how to make the hotend and cooler?

I added a picture and STL file of heat sink.I hope it is understandable. Heatsink is made from a 10mm aluminum block.

Having a hard time printing the idler. Any suggestions?

Supports makes it come out like a blob of plastic (supports are too thick to remove) when sliced with Slic3r.
Will try Cura.

  1. does this need a hobbed bolt?
2.. would the mini servos work?
SG90 9G Micro Servo Motor for RC
  1. Yes, I add the picture of it!
2.Yes, SG90 9G It is correct for this thing!

thank you for the reply i appreciate the assistance; that looks more like a gear on the motor shaft rather than hobbed bolt; whats the name of that? i cant tell if thats a normal v6 jhead with the factory fan or not (fan seperate or other jhead).

I believe they call it the E3D clone. I guess it is a V5 direct. I am having a hard time finding a hotend that is tall enough to fit the fan holder for this printer. Tried many clone V6's and they are too short!

This is not a V5 hotend. It is not a V6 hotend. As he says somewhere, it is a home made hotend.
Branez, please help us out. Would love to use this.

How is auto bed levelling achieved? is this part of the ramps firmware?
