I like it, however, I was thinking it would last longer with a steel bushing in each drill hole.

If you want to make this durable besides useful I suggest pulling up drill bushings in amazon or McMaster and designing this jig to fit a hardened steel drill bushing. Then it's truly a drill jig that will not only be useful, but hold up to a lot of use and be very precise and repeatable. Just some thoughts.

Good idea, and it would make a fine remix of the part! Perhaps someone in the community will develop a better version. Thanks for the suggestion.

can you create a Step file?

Not at this time; Tinkercad doesn't export such files. Sorry.

It should be easy enough to remix, though.

This is a nice little drill jig.

A jig is often confused with a fixture; a fixture holds the work in a fixed location. A device that does both functions (holding the work and guiding a tool) is called a jig. (Ref WIkipedia).

Sorry a bugbear of mine when people confuse them,

Thank you so very much!

Can you make me the same stl model, only difference is for 1/2 pipe and only one hole for a 6/32 bolt. I really like the rubber band holding idea!

Added a blank version so you can customize it to your requirements; TinkerCad is good for this sort of thing.
