Even at .1mm and 20% infill it's too tight. It seems like it's the parts on the outside of the mount that holds the battery in place. When you snap off those two sides the inside parts still fit in the battery perfectly fine, but it removes some of the stability of those stabilizing wings.

Solid advice, Thanks!!! Of course, I was too lazy to correct the size after my test piece was a little snug, so I am now reprinting at 95% in Z and the batteries fit perfect!

So without feedback from anyone else...

Set the Z axis scale to 95%. Worked perfect.

What kind of infill and quality did you use? I printed one and it was super tight and battery wouldn't slide in and out without lots of force - filed a bit but still not sliding quite right.
