I was skeptical that 0% infill would result in something good enough to use. So I first printed a 100 mm piece at 20% infill and it was quite strong. However, I wanted to test the 0% infill so I printed a short 30mm piece and although the arms flex a bit at 0% it is still surprisingly strong and perfectly usable (assuming you aren't trying to build something load bearing). If you put a t-nut in the slot it makes the arms as strong as it is with 20% infill.

Something very wrong with the barnut. It slices for me as a couple of partial screw threads and nothin else.

You are right, I have had a different but similar problem.with it. If you slice it in makerwate it's all kind of weird.

Imma try fix it this weekend.

This is great, and it fits! I've uploaded a new picture with an orange barnut_double that ive printed.
