What is the weight of frame?

Hi.
Do you have to use these motors?
Buying from 3 different international sites causes a lot of tax, shipping for me in Norway.. If a motor at the same place as the propellers, and the carbon-tubes site, would be nice!
Great design. How much can this lift?

It can certainly lift the GoPro and perhaps a light-weight gimbal. Send me an email, and I may be able to arrange to sell you the components. adam@polakiumengineering.org

I did send you mail:)

Hi. I was ready to build the V4 yesterday. Have you removed it?
You say in this description still "The V shape allows cameras to be....."
This new dont look V-shaped.. Have you removed the old one?
Is this better?

This is the same V4 I posted yesterday. Same shape, nothing has changed.

Hay. What happened to the V4?'
Is this the newest then? Dropped the triangle shape?

what is the carbon tube diameter used?

The carbon tubes are roughly 10mm diameter with a 1mm wall thickness. There is a link to purchase them in my instructions. 10mm diameter with 2mm wall thickness should probably work fine. The tubes I received were a 10.5mm diameter with a 1.5mm wall thickness.

hi! it looks really great! is this setup supported by multiwii or did you tweak the code for this?

The code likely needs to be changed, but I have a tutorial for custom multiwii motor mixes on my website. Keep in mind that the center plate is only compatible with the smaller boards that have 30.5mm hole spacing, not the more standard 45mm hole spacing.

I just looked closer to your design and its possible to build a H-Quad from the printed parts :-) I got my black PLA so I will start one print to play around.

I know your work from old BlackVortex days.... I like your design. How stable is the horizontal frame (where the FC is mounted) as there are CFK pipes connected to a 3D printed construction. Wouldn't it be better to use one long CFK pipe instead of 2? I already ordered some CFK pipes to try out this frame! It looks really great!

I went back and forth over the design of that section, but keeping with the style I chose to separate the pipe and use the center plates. It actually worked out really well. It is a very strong connection, much stronger than one may think.
