Out of curiosity where did you get your enco 19? and how much was it?

G'day mate, I just printed one of these (60 hole, took 10 hours!) you did an excellent job on it! Naturally, it doesn't fit either of my Chinese lathes (!!!) so I'm in the process of making adapters so it can be used on either one.

Well done!!!

How are you keeping the wheels from popping off/moving on the pulley and to be securely attached? It looks like they just lightly clip on and could accidently pop off of on the pully / be accidently jostled off while moving from one position to the next. It looks like there are keys on the main hub you are aligning to to keep the wheel from turning on the main shaft, but I'd be very worried the wheel could be accidently dislodged while in use.

The wheel clips rather snugly to the belt pulley, using the center nut spanner slots to align it. The belt must be removed, of course, as you would not want this on the lathe while it is turning. I've made more than a few gears using this wheel, and not once has it slipped, even a bit. Mind you, I'm not milling the gears, but hand cutting. Not sure how it would react if you were milling, but judging by the amount of pressure needed to mount/dismount, I doubt it would move.
