This is a small clip that I designed to keep my USB cables nice and neat.
So far, it works like a charm on every cable I've used it on. You can scale it up or down depending on your cable length but this size works for most USB cables (anywhere from 4 inches to 3 feet).
Check the "Instructions" section for print suggestions.

I actually printed this in PLA but I would suggest using ABS since it's more flexible.
I recommend using an extruder-mounted fan to cool the plastic as it is printed. This will give a much nicer overhang.
My print settings for PLA were:
Number of Shells: 1
Layer Height: 0.25mm
Temperature: 208 C
Build Plate Temperature: 76 C
Speed while Extruding: 80
Speed while Traveling: 100
