I attempted to print this, without success. I'm completely new to 3d printing as well, which doesn't help.

My splicer software kept taking out some of the ears and the face, and I don't know enough to add supports in yet.

I agree since you have the actual specs could you scale it?

could you cut it scale it up and cut it into individual segments so that I could print a full-size helmet up?

I dont have access (or the knowledge) to a 3d modeling program to do all that but I do have access to a printer. So I would really like your help with this

I'm not sure how practical it would be due to the actual size of the helmet (the ears alone are 13" in diameter alone) but I could give it a shot. I'm not that experienced in cutting up parts to fit a build volume though.

thanks, but if you haven't started yet please don't bother (Im just going to find the parts in a couple stores in my area)
