The ...speaker.stl file now appears to be missing in the zip package and corrupted when single downloaded. Could you please correct that

Can you help us with the wiring of this beautiful project. After applying the wire into the part i get two ends of the wire that goes to where? to the plug?

I am printing it right now on a modified prusa mendel I2 the headband is turning out pretty good. Seems as though Slic3r had created infill in mid air in the extension holders. But I will finish printing it and upload some pics. I like this design and Might just modify it a bit.

great! please post the results! thanks!

Anyone got this working? Looks too cool!!! I'm going to try at 100 micron layers, high res!

Hi, I did try to print a version on my reprap but it was a little bit sketchy. My other printer (cupcake) is to old to do this kind of detail so the picture you can see here are from a print a did trough shapeways. I guess with a replicator it could be done with some external support.

How did you connect left and right speakers?

I think the adapter has a common ground, and a left and right. If you look at the plug picture, you can see all 3.

Yes, but I see the cable coming out one speaker only. The other speaker seems not to be connected.

Well spotted, it seems he only has one ear plugged in :P
However, if you were to put some notches in the design of the headband, a wire could follow them around to the other side.

Of course, but why do I have to suppose when I just can ask? :)

if you can connect one you can connect two right ?

I mean electrical connection.

thats a good question actually
