These headphones are available fully assembled via our Etsy: http://etsy.me/1Bjy0fE
You'll need the following parts printed out to make these headphones:
Non-printed components: (available as a kit via tindie)
Foam pads x2
Speaker Jack x2
22 AWG wire
1/4" Audio Cable
Solder the speaker jack to the speaker, using a short length of 22 AWG wire. Snap the speaker into the duli_cup, and tighten the nut to attach the jack to the duli_cup.
Slide the foam pad over duli_cap, and then attach to duli_cup using two copies of pin1.
Insert both headband_bottom_geared into headband_top. Once inserted fully, attach top_gear and top_gear_pin.
Attach the duli_cup to the headband_bottom_geared using pin2.
