Hi okios!
Great model! Do you mind sharing solid file for Support_dremel.stl? I have an older model and it needs a bit of adjustments.

Someone have the print for the Flex Shaft ? with picture if you can please.

Nice design! I printed up the monobloc version and it looks like it needs slightly different mounting brackets to the 'Fixing_Cutting_table.stl' file you have published here. Could you upload the monobloc mounts please, if you made them?

Please share "Saw Table monobloc" solidworks file? My dremel clone incompatible.

I have a Dremel 300 and printed the "All Motor Bracket.STL". Almost 5 hours for nothing. It doesn't fit it all, not even close. The concept is very nice. But "All Motor" is not what you might expect from it. But it's still a nice thing, unfortunately it doesn't fit mine.

Good to know. Thanks.

does this work for dremel 3000 too?

The table needs to be slick. You can sand it down then add a bit of primer and sand it again. Once its as smooth as desired then have it coated with an epoxy then polish the finish. The blade use wax on it to protect it (only use wax on the saw type blades and not the diamond ones). ;)

Oh, good to know.
Thanks,
Nalo

would this work for the dremel 7300?

i want to know if the moto tool dremel 8200 can use in this table saw

thanks a lot for your help. The file format suits me; i also work on solidwoks.
I send you the photo once all mounted.
Thank you.

Hello !

I made all the parts of the Dremel saw table. No problem. It's very nice work. But, when you want to screw the dremel in its support, there is a difference in the diameter of the tapped hole, and therefore the assembly is impossible.
The solution is to increase the dimension of the tapped hole. But you have to have access to the 3D model, which does not allow the .stl file
Can you send me this model 3 D? Thank you in advance.

Hello,
It's weird, logically it should work for all owners of dremel mini drill !
However, if you ever want to make changes here is the file in Solidworks format

oikos , It's really hard to get the parts working on your thing, but by enlarging holes and a lot of sanding I got it going. Nice design and a very good addition to my Dremel collection. Suggest maybe you could come up with a way to adjust the blade height.
Keep up the good work. BTW I used PLS. Your various parts make it usuable for most any Dremel.

Hello,

Not at the moment because I'm running out of time, but an update is planned ...

however you have an old version that does it: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:722314

Table Saw for Dremel 4000 (with adjustable drill bracket)
by oikos

I like the looks of that one Oikos -- Might try it.

How do you assemble the angle guide so that the angle can be locked (thumbscrew tightened) but still be able to push it across the table top? Cant figure it out. If you tighten the thumbscrew to lock the angle in, it also tightens to the table because of the screw going through to the bottom of the table top.

Try to mount the set to better understand, it's rather easy to use.

Hello,
Good work.
What material did you use: PLA, ABS or other?
Thank you

I recommend ABS or PETG because the melting point is higher (more suitable when cutting metals).

That's the cutest table saw I've ever seen.

PSS - the El-cheapo I refer to is from Kay mart - New Zealand - bigger than Dremel, different thread, chuck and protrusions on generic shape... the all motor part fits well...

I cant believe how lean the feedback is here.... plenty of gripes & request though. But.... I am totally impressed! A lot of work has gone into to this....and it is a good design...prints well...nice shapes & design. Know that you are appreciated! Well done... a really useful tool for makers! - Regards, Bob - 13-Jun-2018 -

PS the AllMotor part works with the El-cheapo Dremel-like tool, but I have added a threaded bracket to fit that, to ensure repeatable alignment on remounting the tool. I will post that when I get time....

Could you please make a mount for Dremel 200 or "cheap flex" too? Would be a great help for all us chinese tool users.

Flex like this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32798406534.html

It's a baby table saw. aww... sooooo cute...

I made a different tool clamp for the Dremel flex shaft @
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2793454
It works great with this table saw.

Dremel Flex Shaft Clamp
by wotboa

this is cool...I need this type of thing except a table to use the dremel as a barrel sander

Hello can you make a mount for a dremel 3000? It's a fantastic design, and having the option of which model of dremel to use would make it even better. You are great designer with even greater skill!

Apparently it should be ok, look here : https://www.thingiverse.com/make:423683

Table saw for Dremel 4000 (with drill bracket Fixed)

Oh, now this is truly a fantastic design!

Hi, great work! I will print this :)
But I'm a little confused, there are several similar parts (or versions?) like spark_protects.STL and Protége_etincelle_trou.STL or Extension_reinforced.STL and Plateau_rallonge_avec_rail.STL. Which ones to print for the newest version? Please state this in the description.

Thank you!

Indeed I have kept the files of the old version. If you want the latest update, download the files posted in 2017. You also have the choice for a new reinforced extension (added on 02.27.2017).
As soon as I get some time I will put some order in all the files ;)

Is there a bill of materials you can provide for the miscellaneous screws/nuts/etc that you designed to be used for this fixture?

For the table you need 3 screws M3 15mm and 6 nuts M3, and some wood screws for fixed parts ...

Hi together, I printed the reinforced extension table. For the main table It looks like I have printed the wrong file. Which one goes with the reinforced extension table?

Quick question is there a maximum thickness of wood that can be cut with this? I have a dremel 4000 and im trying to cut wood thats 0.75" thick. Unfortunately my hand saw skills are horrible.

If you can flip the piece over, you can cut through from the other side for a total 4mm cut.

2mm Max, in not too hard wood ....

This is fine pine. Not cheap and really soft.

then ... you will not have a problem ;)

Fingers crossed on that. Thou its gonna have to wait since my heatbed just died so i had to take my printer appart. Cable shorted out lol

Hi, will this also fit for a Dremel 3000? Thanks

Apparently yes , look here : https://www.thingiverse.com/make:423683

Table saw for Dremel 4000 (with drill bracket Fixed)

A little constructive criticism, name your files so users will know which pieces work together.
Not all of your things are interchangeable.
Example your Cutting Table does not work together with Extension Reinforced.
I am still trying to figure out what I need to print to finish the complete table.

dam so many things i love to have, buy if possible.

I don't want to make money .... sharing is free and not-for-profit. But you can see in a FABLAB ready from home, there are everywhere ! and logically you will only pay the price of the material ;)

are this things we see on this sight for sale?. I like the Table saw for dremel 4000 and 3000, etc how can i purchase if possible what ever I like. please can someone help and guide me as to where to purchase an item.

abslument génial !! BRAVO
idem, j'ai la 3000 , avec cette thing : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1057649 , on doit pouvoir faire un adaptateur !!!!

Dremel 3000 mount

Hello I would like to know if there is any instructive video of how it is armed, I have the model 3000 and I want to see if all the pieces have to be printed. Thank you very good model.

does it work for a 8220

I don't know for this model ... however you can try this file "ALL_MOTOR_BRACKET.stl" and follow the instructions in the description ;)

I too would like to know

Does this work for a dremel 3000?

Did it? Do you have any good links to Dremel 3000 "Things" ?

Better wear your goggles... don't want that blow back!

I don't know but I will give the same answer as before: "you can try this file "ALL_MOTOR_BRACKET.stl" and follow the instructions in the description "

What sort of tightening knob are you using?

i use "M3 scroll wheel.stl" ... I added it oup's !

Oikos, I just print one just for the fun of it. and I am enjoining this model, I had to fiddle with it for my particular Dremel, but way worth it.
Thank you from sharing this.

I'm in the middle of printing this and already finished the dremel base. Only to realize that I misread the model, mine's the Dremel 400 XLR (Skipped ahead as soon as I saw 400....).

How'd you go about crafting the base for yours? The 400 XLR isn't as symmetrical as the 4000, so I'm thinkink I'll just try to do something else altogether, but wondered if there were any easy ways to model around it.

Also, do you have any videos of the overall assembly wiith all the pieces like the table extension? Love the work!

Hi, I added a new support for other motors, without the threading but with velcro width 15mm as here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-Roll-4-5M-Self- Adhesive-Sticky-Back-Attaching-Tape-Fastener-Strap- / 401112189187? Var = & hash = item5d64264903: m: mF6pq-sC3hroKNWFMA5RhoA
Attention I didn't try it !!

I have another video for the other uses of cuts but this is the first version (without the guides), here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DVCuP-w5SQ&t=11s

thanks! I ended up making my own holder in fusion 360. But I didn't see the post for the new motors in the files. Is it a separate post on thingiverse? For now I'm good as I modeled my own and it's working, thanks, an awesome design!

Mate this is a brilliant variation of tools. I was pleased with my 3 volt incandescent to led adapter. But yours is outstanding. Any chance you can upgrade it to work like a triton work center. https://www.google.com.au/search?q=triton+workcentre&rlz=1C9BKJA_enAU595AU595&hl=en-GB&prmd=svin&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi4-ebhr_fRAhUKvbwKHRrWC0IQ_AUICSgD&biw=768&bih=909#imgrc=LS_W-NwiPSQb0M:

An update is expected soon. Here are some pictures of the next version ...
However we will have to wait a little, my printer has broken down and I can not do tests for the moment

Built the table and protector and came out well except for the connecting tips, but I melted those down with my soldering iron. Assuming it is a printer issue. Need to find the holder for my dremmel 3000. Built two others not exactly for mine, and still have problem with the connecting tips. This probabaly confirms that my problem is my Cubify printer

Has anyone tried this on a dremel 395?

May be using this model as "ZEN1"

by Zen1

Dude! Does this mean that I won't break any more wheels when I am trying to cut an object relatively straight, obviously noting it would have to be something of the size that would fit on this here thing?

Freaking awesome!

Sorry for the late response.
For safety, it is recommended to use the Dremel cutting equipment.
I also use the tool "easy clip" really convenient to change different cutting disk ...

1 part is missing from files, Needed this table badly today, printed all only to realize that dremel table is not in part list... damn

All files are present !!!

for Dremel support, have you looked in "thing details" ?

yeah, only afterwards i looked, and found a link, however that second part is so poorly designed - no way to screw in the dremel, because that design will not allow to rotate the dremel inside of it's body. Just lame, I wish people invested more brain into their designs before sharing them, wasted filament only on that second part.

The dremel bracket of mstrperson works well for me (and for many other). I can understand that you are disappointed. may be that your printer is not correctly calibrated ?

Guys, I do appreciate your participation, but please stop guessing strange things. I already replied about calibration. I print tiny objects on 100 micron layers with my printer. Part came out perfectly. I successfuly printed and built "3D printed DJI Inspire drone" project with no problems. Caveman can understand that the dremel will not screw into it just by looking at it's design. You can not freely rotate dremel over there as dremel has buttons and bumps, dremel is not a perfect cilinder.

video has been removed by user :-(

look again ..

Is it possible to lower the cutter? I'd like to use this for scoring fiberglass.

Table Saw for Dremel 4000 (with adjustable drill bracket)
by oikos

cud one be made up please and sent to u.k?

here an address that can help you : http://www.sculpteo.com/

this seems like a really cool idea, how well does it work?

Any ideas on how to modify it to fit a dremel 3000?

I also need one for Dremel 3000.

Logically it is compatible, but I'm not sure...
However, you can print as was done "masteruan" by stopping printing before the end here: http://www.thingiverse.com/make:135608
He used my adjustable support here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:722314

Does this work well? Just got a dremel and this seems like an interesting idea.

I love this thing! Just make sure you take your time adjusting it around your dremel and use a good infill and walls for a solid piece. I love using it to cut and sand the ends of threaded rods without making a mess. I talk about some modifications I made on my make page.
