Printed these for my original Blokus. Came out fantastic. An exacto knife on the bottom helped clean those pieces up.

I tried printing some of these for a friend's set, but they came out too large (and yes, I was making it for a standard Blokus set, not a travel set.) Not sure what I'm doing wrong... and I cannot find the right dimension for the pieces so that I could scale them.

Ah, I now see that there are two different sizes of blokus set. My friend now has one with a larger grey board - that would seem to be the one that these pieces are sized for - and a smaller, white board. If my measurements are right, you need to scale these pieces by 83.19% to get them right, but I haven't verified the results properly.

How many sizes did Mattel make the board?!? ;) I had to scale mine to 90.8% for it to fit right (i am printing at .3mm, not sure if that matters much ;)

I scaled the pieces down to 0.79, printed them at 0.2mm in PLA. Once printed I drilled out the centers with a 15/64" bit and voila! I have replacement pieces for the missing ones in the copy I got at the thrift shop for $1. Thanks for the nice work! I may give a shot at making the whole thing, shrinking it down a little to make it more portable.

Ah, sounds like you have the newer variety of Blokus where there are "pegs" on each square and holes in the pieces. This was actually made to replace the old kind where they were just solid pieces, but I'm glad you got them to work for you!

Actually somehow I missed mentioning in the post that the missing pieces were for Blokus Duo, the travel sized one. I didn't know the new Blokus came with the peg and hole setup. The pegs in the travel version are square but as I mentioned above, the 15/64" bit did the trick pretty nicely. In any case, I think I will whip a complete version of this and throw it in the camper. Thanks again for the fine work!

Been looking for these for awhile all I could find was the one piece. This is fantastic, printing a test piece as we speak. Will report back

How did it go? I'm glad there are other fans of Blokus on here!
