hmm your numbers seem to be off for temperatures you mention, regarding ABS plastics and Hot liquids. I believe there might have been some °F/°C confusion. "Hot beverages such as tea, hot chocolate, and coffee are frequently served at temperatures between 160°F (71.1°C) and 185°F (85°C)." (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18226454). It should be noted that that seems to be the high end of the temperature scale for hot beverages, and also that the cup will insulate a small bit of heat. ABS plastic on the other hand, has a glass transition temperature is ~105 °C (http://reprap.org/wiki/ABS).
So ABS at 105°C should be fine for liquids that are between 71.1°C-85°C(again, this is a high temp estimate).
PLA is more questionable as it has a glass transition temperature between 60-65 °C (http://reprap.org/wiki/PLA) (though there are more heat resistant mixes of PLA as well) I think I will print one out of PLA and see what happens :D

I use it every day for 2 years, but it's okay.
