Thanks for sharing, was about to design one up after my son broke his but found yours, thanks again.

Customizer doesn't seem to work at all for this item, even if I don't change the parameters, I get an error with a blank log...

It's working for me; what parameters are you using?

You might be having the same problem as @culturejam.

// Button width.
width = 14.8;

// Button height.
height = 13;

// Screw diameter.
screw_diameter = 4.1;

// Countersink diameter.
countersink_diameter = 6.9;

// Countersink depth.
countersink_depth = 3;

Even when I used the default parameters it seems to fail. Not the end of the world, I was only looking to tweak the height and narrow down the screw hole a bit, it really won't make much of a difference. Thanks for putting this together! I've already printed 6 of these for use on my Cigar Box Guitars.

I want to use the same dimensions as the strap buttons on my Melody Maker, and those are 16mm wide.

I just tried: Width - 15.5m, Height - 12mm, Screw Diameter - 4.5mm, Countersink Diam - 6.9mm, Countersink Depth - 3. Got an error.

Here is the error message:

Is there some ratio of height to width that needs to be maintained?

I got the same error as you using Thingiverse's Customizer, but OpenSCAD was able to generate the STL without any problems, and Slic3r sliced it without reporting any errors. I've reported the bug to Makerbot.

I get an error every time I try to make a model in the customizer. Bummer.

What parameters are you using? The Customizer seems to be working fine for me.
