I have printed all parts of R2D2, but there were not tyres. Please help me, where can I get them.

the tyres I bought in a hardware store.
If you have flexible filament you can model and print them.

Hello. I cannot find all the stl files, only 2. Where i can find them?

read the summary in Details' tan ;).
Cheers :)

Any Code, I went to the website and downloaded files, but was not code, thanks

you can download the software from here [0].

In the app you can find the android application and in the r2d2hs folder the arduino file.

If you have any question, don't hesitate in asking ;).

where the stl's or cad original files ?

In the description is the link to the stls

When I try to slice the body.stl file it'll hit around 28% and fail but the rest of the files work. Have any ideals of how to get it to work?

Hi Brandon, this happened to me when I tried to slice with 3r. Try it with CuraEngine and it should work. I used a Prusa 3i to print with 3mm layers - it took about 10 hrs but worth it with all the detail.

Hi BrandonTS,
the body.stl file has a lot of details and perharps your PC has not enough power to slice it.
Can you try with another PC?
Another solution may be to reduce the resolution (number of triangles) with a software like Blender.
Hope I have help you ;).
Thank you for the interest.

This is excellent and I am going to make one. Are there stl files for the extra pieces for the dome available please, ie the front sensor housing and light beams?

Hi Ian_Aitken,
first of all, sorry for not to answer in time, but just I've watch now your comment :s.
About your question, I'm going to upload the extra pieces.
Thank you for your interest ;).

Hi j0s3b4,

Thanks for the update. I will make the lens and add it to the model. I amended the base slightly as I made mine with a SR04 sonar sensor for autonomous obstacle avoidance instead of IR. I plan to add the IR in time :)

Where did you place it?
