Disclaimer: This isn't my design I just found it on grab cad. I thought it was cool and decided it deserved a home here on thingiverse.

A Shapeways-printable version of the mobius gears that doesn't require ball bearings. I have validated these models with white and black nylon SLS for the arms and nylon and alumide SLS for the gears.
See BOM.csv for the parts list that includes the two STL files and the required McMaster parts.
I recommend that you test the fit of the gears. These work with a little wear-in with Shapeways SLS Aluminide process. You might want to adjust the offset of the gear teeth to match your process. Message me if you need a hand with that.
The hole of the gears is designed to be bored with an F or G drill. Offset if you don't want to machine them.
For the metric world, I apologize for the imperial sizing of these components. I would be happy to collaborate with someone to create a version that accommodates standard metric components. Sadly, I haven't found a source of metric-sized standoffs. If you can provide some models or dimensions, I will gladly design a metric version.
The gears are generated using custom code on top of SpaceClaim. All modeling was performed in SpaceClaim. If you have any interest in custom gears or want the add-in, reach out or build it from here: https://github.com/bcourter/SpaceClaim-AddIns
