Way too thin to print properly on a FDM machine: the prop comes out so thin that it wouldn't just be useless, instead of giving lift it would probably do a shimmy, its that flimsy. Printed on R2X at 0.15 with ABS
Also, as with many props on here, the trailing edge is a knife edge, which IS impossible to print as-is - the slicing software just takes it down to about 0.4mm (in my case, nozzle is 0.4), and then leaves a jagged edge as it obviously cannot print less than 0.4mm...
If you make a prop, give it a clean rounded trailing edge of at least the min res of your 3D printer!

However, I am trying it again after scaling x1.5 in Z - it is now thicker and has more pitch - let's see how it does!
