Looks just like The one on Caprica that Cloe Gravestone wears with the flash drive inside

Interesting design, but after clipping it onto various things it doesn't easily go back to its standard shape, i.e. the 2 "ends" don't line up very well. Perhaps a tougher plastic would fare better; I'm using a custom PLA mix which is quite pliable.

In polyamide and ABS the two ends meet up well even after repeated use. Although with long term use the polyamide should deform. What kind of PLA mix are you using?

I'm using custom PLA from orbi-tech in Germany, it's warp-free like normal PLA but more durable than ABS. Printer is a Rapman 3.1

And what 3D printer?
