This is the same size as the Action Masters, which is to say roughly the height of GI Joe toys, around 3 1/2 inches.

Just printed this, need to go get screws that will fit it before I can take a good picture. A couple of notes for others:
1) print the head in the orientation shown in the "build plate" file. If you print it turned 90 degrees from that orientation, it is difficult to get it to fit into the body. I printed it both ways.
2) I had to tap the ball joints in the knees together with a hammer. The fit is great, don't be afraid.

This is a really well thought out model, thank you for sharing.

How does he scale up to, say, G1 Optimus Prime figure? if its close I just might wanna build an army ;)

I haven't tried to scale him up. I think it should still work, but you'll have to play with what kind of screw to use to put the body together. At a larger scale I'm not sure about the flex to put the balls into their sockets.
