Took forever to print, looks great in wood butit doesn't work at all...I am thinking maybe the layer rings are messing it up so I am going to go gently with a sanding cylinder on the dremel. I hope I can get it to work..its for My grandson

That looks really good and I know it works so not sure what is going on. Everything I did was to take a classic model done for wood and threw it into Solidworks. Worked for me in plastic and the design was done for wood (was in the 1970's) so I presume it has to work in real wood too.

I am now perplexed. What this is doing is taking one stream of air and blowing out four different frequencies of whistles so together sounds like a train.

edit: Think of it like blowing over the openings of four different sized bottles simultaneously.

I am thinking the layer rings may be messing it up..so tomorrow I am going to take a drill bit .50mm bigger than the holes and try to remove the layering rings. hopefully that will do it..wood filament is hard enough to work with and usually the layering adds to the effect of having a grain..I will let you know if it works out

This is pretty much what my design was based upon - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=43nYG_HQxE8

Didn't seem to work i blow in it and no whistle

It worked for me but mine was all plastic. These are temperamental even when done in all wood and no printing.
