@skarab ......Thanks for taking the time to design and post this up!!!...Looks Great!!!

Where can I find a 4mm (6 gauge) plug model ???

You can use the Customizer to make your own version!

Sick design, probably going to print myself a pair, but maybe consider putting a warning for people who aren't super knowledgeable when it comes to body jewelry materials:

ABS - NOT SAFE for body jewelry due to the chemicals it's made from. Also, the extrusion process may cause some of these chemicals to start leeching from the plastic. USE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.

PLA - SAFE, plant-based and used in medical field. It will begin to biodegrade after some time, so watch out for that.

Also, the 3D printing process will leave surface imperfections on the wearable area and make it a breeding ground for bacteria. I would wear these through some Kaos earskins or something similar

....as long as a person cleans their ears every day, in the shower, there should be absolutely no problem at all! I always rinse my plugs in the shower and then oil my lobes up after the shower with some Jojoba oil. I've never had a problem with stinky smelly rotty lobes!!!

El material no es dañino para tenerlo como expansion? al ser biodegradable?

I added a module for the Open Source Hardware logo: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1020996

Open Source Hardware Logo for Customizable Ear Plug

Can you make one with a triforce from the Zelda games please?

Could you make some tapers/strechers? :D

nice can you tell me is there a reason for printing out the positive insert of the plug and how would I go about printing just the plug itself?

You can do it now, watch the update.
Thank you for your interest :)
