Hi falcon20cne,
I used your sprinkler with ahoebens gardena bottle-cap to get it work on a gardena water hose: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:911911

the sprinkler base is not in the zip file.

Did you all use PLA or ABS, or does it matter?

I used a M3x40 Phillips pan-head machine screw (DIN7985A) and stainless nylon insert locknut (DIN985) to complete this assembly.

cool thanks...nice design...

If you see this I need help on what 3d printer to buy message me please :/

Hi, which is the software you use to design your things? I'm asking which software people are using to create their stuff because I'm thinking on investing some money in a design software and I can't decide which.

The website Tinkercad is good; it is simple, easy, has tutorials, and is free :D

I used to like tinkercad but they sold it to autodesk and I don't have an autodesk account or a facebook account so I cant log in. : - (

I think we could improve the spinner to let more water through by cutting the blades at the base so more water can shoot up.

Printed one today. It took about 3/4 turn on the faucet to make it start spinning. I also measured about 5 1/2 to 6 ft out from the sprinkler.
I might remix and widen the wings to give it a bit more stability.

i added a washer between the spinner and the base and left some play in the bolt. so that the spinner is floating about 1-2mm above the base. Mine will start spinning at about a 1/3 on faucet.

Ty for uploading, gonna print and try this with a giant slip and slide, the kids should love it!

Nice looking design. And it works! How much ground can you cover, assuming you have good water pressure?

about 6ft out from the sprinkler so about 113sqft

The sprinkler base is not in the ZIP file.

I see that, thats weird, some type of thingiverse bug.

Try removing the files then re-adding them.
