What is the sizes of dis sheet?
ill spood 12 mil on it if rght sise

Could you post the separated generic files, box and lid separate?

Could you make me a custom box design if I sent you the measurements please?

If you mean adjusting the parameters in the script and outputting a new STL, sure thing! :)
What size do you want? I'll just post it as a derivative.

Great thx Let me make cuts and reprint and ill let u know thank you! Great worl!

The first one of these I printed was with an Up Mini, in ABS plastic. I just printed a few of these yesterday on my shiny new Replicator 2, in PLA, and I discovered something interesting:

Fresh off the build platform, default settings on a Replicator 2, with Makerbot filament, you might find the lid is really tight, to the point you'll have trouble removing it after putting it on, and be tempted to plane the friction fit surfaces down a little. I did that, and it it was still a bit tight, but better. After leaving it overnight, the lid slides on and off fairly easily, while still staying on well enough.

My advice, before you make any decisions about touching the friction fit area up to fit a bit better, leave the box overnight, and see how it fits in the morning.

Oh! If it comes out a little tight, you can bump up "sleeve_xy_gap" until you get just the fit you want. :)

For future variations, I intend to use magnets so there'd be no need to cut things so close!

Yeah, I saw the instructions in the description about that. I'm just saying, the fit when it's fresh off the printer might be a bit deceptively tight. I had a lot of trouble opening it at first, but the following morning, I found it was pretty close to perfect.

Has anyone tried printing this in the wood filament I've seen on some sites? I think it'd look pretty cool.

Not to my knowledge, but that's a really cool idea!

Awesome boxes, greatly looking forward to the other emblems you mentioned!

Thanks!

Sorry about the extreme delay, but the other emblems were put on hold after I received some feedback from the gift receivers. Their main feedback is that they wanted the box to be slimmed down to fit non-sleeved cards (that's easy!), but they also wanted it to snap closed.

Since snap-fitting plastic is a pain, when I get around to revisiting the project I intend to bite the bullet and add a lip for magnets to be embedded in (for both hinges and a lock).

I'd love to know when you release your revised deckbox! I printed one on an Up Mini, and it came out alright (eventually, I think I had platform heating problems with that). My Replicator 2 is on the way, and I'll be keen to print off a few deck boxes, or even just miscallaneous card boxes to divide up the factions in my Netrunner box.

Holy cow, this is great! You took the simple initial design, and evolved it wonderfully. I love the high-tech look of the final product!
This would be a great candidate for the new Customizer feature.

Thank you! :D

I also have emblems for Jinteki and Criminal ready for use, but I'm putting the whole project on pause because I want to make them substantially lighter-weight and switch to a magnetic clasp. (mostly trying to figure out how to minimize the impact on the form factor)

Once I finish moving, I hope to pick things back up. :)
