Awesome! Does it remind you of the Doom (2016)? There's not a direct match. The closest I could find was the Wildcat armor but this still has a very Doom feel. Also a little bit of Dead Space
What do you think is the best way to do the lighting up visor without LED hotspots?
Any chance you have the armor also?

Definately reminds me of deadspace vibe...probably because of the slits. If I were to light it up, I would use plexiglass in the visor and led's at the ends. They would illuminate the entire plate of plexiglass and would look pretty impressive.

I haven't done the entire armor yet. I'll let you know if I ever get it done. In the meantime, there are some pepakura armor files here: https://www.405th.com/forums/resources/halo-5-guardians-mjolnir-gen2-hellcat.135/

Do you have any experience with getting the diffused light look? I've had better luck with fine grit sanding than those frosted spray paint cans. I still can't get the LED hotspots to go away. I might just be too picky about the quality though, haha

I've got those downloaded now and might give them a go. Do you have a summary on how you fix it up from pepakura polycount/quality?

Surefire way to diffuse the light is to shine from the side of the plexiglass and scratch up the part you want to diffuse kind of like this plaque (https://s3.distributorcentral.com/uploads/F/3/F33B6C85380F79D175920C14D460291D.jpg). if you have hotspots, you hide them by offsetting the LED's behind an opaque part of the helmet along with the plexiglass and not close to the edge of the visor.
