I like your nozzle design. It should provide better cooling. Upon measuring your model, however, I find that the distance between the screw posts is about 2 mm too wide for the base by mediaman (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3182917). Was this on purpose? Are you perhaps annealing the printed part?
