Update 8 Oct 2019: I rectified what I thought were the issues with the original thing and even contacted thingiverse support and got no response, so f%%% it (and particularly f%%% ell ee gee oh) I'm reuploading as a new thing.
Update 25 Sep 2019: Apparently the named manufacturer of the miniature figures had an issue with this thing, so I've removed any reference to the brand or the short version of "miniature figures". If you'd like to see my reaction to said company asserting this thing violates their intellectual property, well, I would just like to direct them to any of the photos of this thing.
It's a hand giving the universal gesture. It was originally intended to sit on top of an extruder and be a spinner indicating the filament movement, but I happened to notice that the 5mm diameter exactly matches the hands on a popular brand of construction toy's miniature figurines. This amused me greatly (and apparently the company much less) so I cut off the extra so it now looks more like the figurine has a gigantic hand.
