My HEVO is mainly the standard parts from Scott_3D (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2254103) other than the ones published here.
Please do not ask me for the panels around the electronics bay as they are far too custom fitted to my requirements to be useful to anyone else.
3030_Corner_Bracket_Cover.stl - A little snap cover for the inner side of the 90deg corner brackets to help hold/hide cables.
Cable_Clamp_2020.stl - Sized for 2020 extrusions (bed frame) - single cable tie slot.
Cable_Clamp_3030.stl - Sized for 3030 extrusions - single cable tie slot.
Bed_Bracket_slotted.stl - The standard ones I didn't like so made this one - print 2 as is and two mirrored in your slicer. For a 300x300 MK3 bed.
Led_bar.stl - To hold LED strips - bolt extrusions in place then glue the LED strips in place. (Led_bar_split.stl - is in two parts for smaller printers).
Cable_Mount_Hotend.stl - utilises the bolt that holds the part cooling fan in place on the carriage. Sized for split conduit tubing (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Conduit-Split-Non-Split-Black-Flexible-Cable-Tidy-Tube-Trunking/273140284796) with an ID of 14.5mm.
Cable_Mount_Clamp.stl - Clamps the conduit at the carriage to the previous part using two cable ties.
Leveling_Wheel_insert.stl - Requires an M3 nut to be inserted at layer 100 (17mm) while printing.
Leveling_Wheel_slot.stl - Has a slot for an M3 nut.
Rear_Cable_Tube_Mount.stl, Rear_Cable_Tube_Mount_2.stl and Rear_Cable_Mount_3.stl - The three parts make up the cable assembly for the conduit from the carriage. The rear part is sized for 25x10mm cable tray. You will need 4 5x3 brass inserts.
Z_Nut_Bracket_1_1.stl - To fit the larger anti-backlash nuts sometimes supplied that only require two securing bolts.
Mid_Cable_Entry.stl - Fastened to the lower rail to take the hotend cables into the 25x10mm cable tray. A cable tie is used to secure the hotend cables.
Extruder_Mount.stl - For those using a Bowden extruder. Should fit standard extruder stepper motor mounts supplied with most extruders.
End_Cap.stl - A small cap for the exposed ends of the 3030 extrusions. I put this in place before clamping the top rails flush to it then using my build jig (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3388048) to set the 100mm spacing.
