As a note, the arms don't quite neatly slot straight into the arm sockets on my frames due to the files not having quite enough play when re-scaled. A couple of seconds with a fileor sandpaper fixes the issue. also I had considered separating the exhaust stacks from the torso and adding them to the armour like in the Cerastus Lancer Kits to alleviate some fitting issues when assembling but left the carapace as it is when I found out from the boys at the gaming club that the plastic kits have the exhausts integral to the torso.

Also sometimes when you slice the Styrix head it looks like it generates wierd hollows inside (in Chitubox). Pretty sure that is from the skull I chopped up which is actually meant to be printed at 1:1 (i.e. it is literally a full sized human skull chopped up). I never came across any issues printing them in AT scale yet tho.

Very good initiative. But I find that the round parts have a rather low resolution which gives them an angular aspect. Once printed is it visible?

I reduced polygonation to make files less heavy, but once printed the pieces are smooth and round. Any file in particular?

I especially noticed this on the carapace. I will test an impression soon
