Congrats on the remix of my cooler design, however there's a couple of things to clarify: If you've had a problem with bolts not fitting the holes you're using a size it wasn't designed for (M2). The positioning (height) of the nozzle in the original was intentional, the whole cooler clears bed clips (as it should). :)

Ah, ok I didn't realize that there might be a reason for why the air duct (or whatever you wanna call it) was placed high up, I just happened to notice, that the air wasn't going below the nozzle, but instead to the right of it (I tested it by putting a bowl of water below the nozzle, turned the fan on, and then checked where the dip in the water appeared). But after hearing what you said, I'm probably gonna redesign it and make the nozzle sit high up again :)
And about the screws, then no, I'm not using the wrong size screws. The two screws that go into the metal piece on the x-carriage needs to be M3, but when I try to pass an M3 screw through the part, it gets stuck and then I need to screw it through, which I shouldn't have to. I don't know about the hole for the blower fan tho, you might have designed that hole for an M2 screw, I don't know, I just prefer to use an M3 screw :P
