My sweetie was looking for something to prop her phone up on her desk at work, so I came up with this. She's not allowed to charge her phone there so designing it was pretty simple. This holds her Galaxy S6 well but should also fit most other phones (and, apparently, some books).

Print model on its side so no supports are needed.
This model should be a good size for most phones, but scale up/down model for a close fit.
The stand flexes a bit but that's normal and okay - most of the load is straight down so it's not a problem.
This model is a decent test to see if your printer's x/y belts are properly tensioned.
