Yep, we are going to build a nerf gun.

Why do we build another nerf gun? Easy! I was interested in how things work out on such a more sophisticated project in fusion. I was keen to learn more about Arduino stuff, and I wanted to learn more about the electronics behind.
This project here covers the mechanical and electronical aspects of the project. There is another project to turn this into a pistol like nerf gun. And finally, I want to mount it on a rc controlled truck, like the famous Katjuscha. And due those 2 different paths down the road, this project here does not include any housing to make the nerf gun more nice. Housings and additional parts are covered by the two projects

Electrics, Electronics needed:
2 quadcopter brushless motors, 2300KV or similar
2 ESCs matching your motors
1 LIPO battery
1 standard servo
some resistors according to circuit layout
Cables and stuff
Mechanical parts needed:
all the printed stuff, where you need to print each part once except the flywheels. You will need 2 flywheels.
M3x12, M3x16, M3x25 screws, M3 nuts
1 spring from a ball pen

Attention: Nerf gun can cause serious injuries. Nerf guns are no toys.
Attention: thing in progress. Keep an eye for updated parts.
I printed all parts without support in .25 layer height on my Prusa I3 Mk3. Infiill was cubic 15%. Filament was PLA from DasFilament.
Flywheels: overload with shells to make it solid
