This is a phone stand adapted from Mike-vom-Mars. His was listed as a phone/tablet stand but my iPhone 6 is not wide enough to be supported by both the low extrusions. I thought about scaling it down but then the top of my phone wouldn't have adequate support. So a few hours of reverse engineering in Fusion 360 and here is my version. I made it so that minimal printed support is needed; however, I did print with supports because of the overhang on the Stand.
I printed with 0.2mm layer height on a Prusa MK3S with standard 0.4mm nozzle. Sliced in Cura with tree supports to support the overhangs on the Stand part.
Post Print Processing
I printed with a brim to increase bed adhesion. I also used tree supports in Cura because, well, they're like magic.
To start, use pliers and a razor blade to remove the supports and brim and do some general cleanup and sanding.
Then, mate the rounded extrusions on the inner bars of the Stand to the holes in the Base in the correct orientation. This may take some force (or more sanding).
Similarly, mate the rounded extrusions on the outside of the Stand to the BackBar (any orientation will work).
