E11 ANH COMPOSITE
by TK14082

Yeah, I have a version that’s more of a composite with more of the parts merged together and some empty spaces filled in that would probably be a little friendlier for small scale printing.

Thanks for this model; just got done building it. Very detailed and accurate, and everything assembled well once I was done. A note on printing the spring: in the files I had, the slicer would not recognize that the supports in the model actually contact the spring, so I had to add some small elements to make them connect and provide proper support while printing.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m very experienced on the modeling side, but brand new to the 3D printing side. Still learning what makes printing easier. Your assembled blaster looks fantastic! Thanks for taking on this project.

is the bolt scaled correctly i try to fit it in and it seems too big

Yes, the bolt is scaled correctly. It is a close fit. The inside diameter of the receiver tube should measure 1.38”, and the outside diameter of the helical features on the bolt should measure 1.37”. A little sanding should remedy the fit problem.

alrighty thanks for the help

1-1/4 PVC pipe is 1.66" OD x 1.36" ID, whereas these parts are designed to fit a 1.50" OD x 1.38" ID tube. If you sand the mating curvature of the parts to match the 1-1/4 PVC pipe, they could be made to fit. You will have to be creative with attaching the folding stock due to the additional wall thickness.

Do you know if these parts will fit a pipe build for the barrel?

What size pipe? 1-1/4 PVC or something else?
