Ender 5 Adapted remixes of the ezabl wings for stock fan and the dual 5015 duct options. The original is for Ender 3/CR series X Carriages and does not provide a cut-out for the Ender 5 Carriage belt. These remixes do. They also reinforce the cuts with small pieces that keep the wing from breaking easily.

My Apologies, I thought i had already made this update post. The double 5015 ezabl wing posted on 8/2 is the one I was test printing and it worked great. Note, If you are planning on printing ABS on your machine you really should print these in at least PETG. The heat from the bed on an ender 5 for ABS printing is too much for PLA to handle. Other than that this worked great until I upgraded to an E3D V6 hotend. I changed directions on my designs at that time.
If you are trying to use these with my reinforced lightweight ducts, please note that I am in the middle of test printing a revised version of this with the EZABL moved further out. This applies to the ender 5 mounting of the fan ducts only. the single fan version still works just fine. unfortunately I broke my single duct print when I was trying to fit the new version and wing on from my original post.
If you come across any other issues please let me know in a message or the comments
New Offsets: -54.5 X and -12 Y
The new designs are labeled version 2.
I have also included the Fusion 360 files in case you want to tinker.
if you look close you will see I am a fan of fillets for smoothing lines and providing support to overhangs without the need for much in the way of support structures from your slicer.
I prefer to slice things thin and print slower. I have had few failed prints this way. Better a slow print than a failed print.
