The stock cable chain sagged significantly so I looked around and didn't find exactly what I wanted but I did find a great starting point with this:
I used a few of LordFelix93's parts and then designed my own carriage mount to work with the X5SA. I was able to remove 10 links to lighten the total weight of the chain as well as make it quite a bit shorter. The other end of the chain is mounted using LordFelix93's Frame Mount, and related parts, to a simple mount I came up with.
Mounting the chain this way requires the aft portion to be mounted behind the frame. If not the chain will bind up as the hot end moves past when it is at its farthest rearward "Y" position close to the edge of the build plate.
Keep in mind that the belt is low on the left side and high on right side (when viewed from front). If you need it the opposite way then just flip it horizontally before you print.
Hope someone finds this useful.
I used a socket and socket extension to press the bearings into the holders as they are just a little tight.
