This is a cam clamp designed to give you flexibility on where its position relative to your workpiece. Similar to Mitee-Bite Clamps: https://amzn.to/2YmpXfz
This design may not work if you change the scale in your slicer. If you need a different size, I've included the original CAD files.
The clamp is made from two 3D printed parts, and a 3/4" 1/4-20 SHCS. The center core has an off-center hole for the 1/4" screw. When you use the hexagon shape on the top of the core to rotate the core around the screw hole, it pushes the outer hexagon into your workpiece, you can then lock the clamp in place, by tightening down the screw.
The hexagon is located off-axis from the center core, which allows you to rotate it to change the clamping distance.
