(update) Attached are some photos that helped me, voltages of stepper driver and UV lights and the wiring for the UV. I have been asked for the vat to be printed as whole pieces for super large printers e.g CR10 S5, So here are the new vat files fused together and the UV tray. You need to cut and hot glue mirrors onto the inside of the UV tray to direct the UV light directly to the LCD panel I used IKEA cardboard mirrors. I used a dremel to cut them out.. When taking the backlight off of the LCD panel be careful not to damage the screen. There are tons of videos on youtube about this topic. And only do this step at the very end of your printer build once you have nanodlp tested and set up on your raspberry pie.. . Also there is a piece of glass (larger than the UV tray sits over the top not touching the lcd panel) to be added above the lcd panel which can be sourced from a picture frame. This then has the edges taped with electrical tape to cushion the vat and protect the lcd panel Again this is the last step.. the glass on top will help level the bed here is a video on a smaller printer to help with leveling the bed https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V45o8udXNsM.... skip to 2min 22sec Same process. minus the spring of course we use leveling knobs which uses M8 bolts and nuts.... I have run out of funds now to fund this project I am working overtime to fund it. I will be able to do a build video when i can afford to finish this printer. I have a couple of makers who are building this ahead of me and it is going well. To all you makers out there enjoy this and please remix it and post makes and progress. I am just one person who has given a base to build upon. if you downloaded an older arm print check the date and print the new one. not the old one. All open sourced. Also I have a plan in place to build large custom ultrsonic cleaner baths that use nice smelling cleaner and not IPA alcohol also on that note I will make a tube at the back that uses this tech Electrostatic Precipitator/Smoke Precipitator to reduce fumes. (update I would recommend replacing the stepper motor driver on the board with an official one from your local hobby store or electronic supplier online that is what I have just done after reading up on it in forums) The good thing is this nanodlp sheild comes pre soldered
