Your design is not watertight and the spikes fly away when driving over pavement. Do you have an watertight version of it ?

Could you please upload the volumes as STEP? I would like to print it in two pieces. The Wheel itselve in PLA or PETG and the tyre in TPU because my Landroid goes over betonplates.

Would this work with PLA / PETG?

I am sure it would work with both, but for your own sake, i would print it in PETG and not PLA, i think the PLA will melt on hot summer days.

Hi, I wanted to print the wheels as a test, but somehow I have problems in Cura. With 100% scaling the wheel does not fit for my Anycubic I3 Mega. X/Y: 197.9205 Z: 41 Is that correct? 99% fits, but takes 1 day and 2 hours to print.
I didn't had the chance to meassure the wheels.

Hi Helmerk

The size you have written is all correct, i dont know if it is a slicer issue then? My printing platform is only 200x200, but your cura is 210x210, it should be more than enough. What about if you scale it down a bit is it able to then or is it giving you the same error?

I dont know what i really can do to help you, please let me know if you have any idears.

Maybe something went wrong in my Cura settings fpr printer, I will check again.
As soon as I scale to 99% (195.9413mm) it fits.
Edit: If I remove skirt it works too.

Ich hab eins gedruckt. Es passt perfekt und es hat deutlich mehr grip. Danke dafür!

I have printed one. It fits perfect and have much more grip. Thank you.

Gräbt er sich mit diesen Rädern noch ein wenn er irgendwo hängen bleibt?

Thank you very much for your comment, i'm glad that it could help you :) !

Now both are ready and work so good, No problem if the Worx drive downhill, no 'out of wire', because he cant break. Really nice work, thank you very much. The turning at leaning level is awesome now.I would like the spikes would be a little offset.
