I really have problems with the sizes. Look in the video. I printed your pillars with several parameters, but the were always loosen.
Now this part, too. There is so much space between the two parts. Do you have an Idea what could be wrong?

Hm I cant upload the video

Hi, so much space between which parts?
I usually leave 0.15mm on each side of parts that are supposed to slide one into the other and stay quite firm, and 0.2 - 0.3 for parts that are meant to rotate or move once they are in their final position... In this model, you should have a quite firm fit for the rail guide (yellow part that helps the marbles stay on track once they exit the tube) and for the base of the tower. You should have a looser fit for the latch (the part that rotates and "frees" the marbles from the tube). If the fit is not tight on the tower base and rail guide, try putting a round of tape before inserting them, or gluing them in. Do NOT glue the latch though...
I don't know what the problem might be, perhaps you are under-extruding outer walls a bit? Maybe you have some parameters in your slicer to scale models in a weird way?
I see other people are printing my models and they seem to work quite well... I think it has something to do with your slicing/printing settings...

I had the same problems everything is a bit too loose. I glued most parts. The swivel latch is too loose. The clearances of 0.15 and 0.2 sound fair though. I'm pretty sure my machine is well calibrated. Have you perhaps resized the parts after clearances?

I am sorry you are having these issues, however the swivel latch is supposed to be loose, as it has to turn freely with relatively little strength applied to it by the running marble...
The other parts being so loose is strange, I have been told that the tower tubes are a bit loose, and that makes sense as I didn't make them too tight, which was probably a mistake I will fix, but the rest should work ok...
I'll make a test-print of this part in a few weeks, when I get back home!

No worries. Functionally it works really well since I glued the first tower part and the guide rail so no problems at all. The second tower fit decently on the first tower. Btw is the guide really needed?

Well, the guide is not strictly necessary if you use a small number of marbles in the tower (2 or 3) but becomes necessary if you put more, since the weight of the pillar of marbles makes them come out of the tower at high speed, and they risk falling out of track, especially if you put a sloping rail at the exit of the Follow Me tile.
I jave tested quite a lot both with and without guide (and with several guides, at one point I had also made a curved guide in case you wanted to put a bend after the Follow Me tile), and the best and most consistent results I achieved were with the guide I am providing...
