I recently was on a project for work, where I needed to solder 17+ Microphone XLR connectors and was difficult to do cause I needed a third hand to hold the XLR connector while I was holding the soldering wire and iron. This dual soldering station will allow you to either clamp something down and hold a wire in place, or hold 2+ wires in place for ease of soldering.
I printed the original design I made of this and quickly realized where I could make improvements that required less hardware, held solder spool better and required little to no post-processing, so the updated .stl files are attached above. I have many variations of this solder station (separated pieces), so if there is a piece you prefer and don't want the whole thing, let me know and I will post them. When I print the new version, I will update this thing with photos.
Downloadable STL files are in the same order as the pictures.
