This personal cooling unit will make your summers a little less hot.
Attach it to your wrist for optimal blood flow.
Best used in my opinion between 5v to 8v.
You could use up to 12v but be carefull it doesn't get too cold (or too hot on the other side of the Peltier module).
I used 100% infill.
No rafts or support needed.
3d printed parts used:
-cooler with band.stl
-band extender.stl (optional)
-40mm Peltier module(12v)
-thermal paste between heatsink and Peltier module (optional)
1.slide the peltier module (cold side down) in the bottom of the cooler, there is a raised lip where the module should fit in precisely. If it doesn't, use some glue.
2.Insert the heatsink from the top into the cooler, put some thermal paste in between them if you have some.
3.insert the fan from the top into the cooler, make sure that the wires are facing upwards.
4.Clamp on the cooler lid on the cooler. There's a small hole in the lid designed for the wires of the fan to exit the enclosure.
5.(optional) If you're using the cooler with band, you'll probably need at least one extender. Just attach it to the rest of the wristband.
I edited the 'Pebble Watch Strap' design from GuyChernobrov for the strap/band:
Enjoy! But don't expect any major cooling, it's just one small and underpowered Peltier module :)
