I created this for an adult female in my Day Habilitation that requires tactile cards to address her emotions. I have also made her meyer-johnson inspired tactile cards for her basic wants and needs.
I just added 2 more cards that we developed to allow our client to inform us if she is hot or cold. Her device has six spaces and we wanted to utilize all 6 spaces.

Responding to Basic Questions
These were made so that one of my adult visually impaired females can communicated her emotions to staff. Utilizing Hand Over Hand technique. She is presented the card and told what the card means. The card is then adhered to her communication board and when she presses the board the recorded message informs staff how she is feeling. Staff then run trials of asking which card is which emotion.
