This is a simple mount to put a 90mm router (in my case the Bosch 1617EVS) on a 2040 aluminum profile to use as a spindle or is it 2080? idk it sthe same as the C-beams the ones with 4 slots on them
the holes line up with the slots and work with standard T nuts you will want to print 2 of these most likely
i have printed it, and it does fit/work but im far to lazy to go back out to the garage to get a picture right now so i'll upload that eventually. or i'll forget (I REMEMBERED!)
CAD files included to make your life easier if you want to customize it.
I printed this in PETG with 2mm wall thickness and 25% cubic infill and it seems to be more than adequate ymmv
fixed clearance for screw heads so it fits more normal sized screws easier
If you are putting this on a standard C-beam type CNC be aware that the spindle and the mount are wider than the C beam so you probably will need to move your limit switches and reduce your over all machine side on the X and Y by about 50mm
