Ok when I put the wheels together the rollers are too long. At 10% of original they measure 39.7mm the space they are suppose to fit in is only 33mm wide, am I missing something? The axles for the rollers are suppose to be 40mm which includes the space in the ends of theaxle fit into.

Have uploaded earlier version of wheel - (ecar1). It seems that Thingiverse site is slow in updating files.

I will check the files again - update coming soon (busy with other project) - could be an earlier wheel stl file. If you have sketchup u can open the skp file and do the stl file again.

on the servo mod, for no new partsd and no soldering much simpler to just 1. disassemble 2. pull end stop pin 3.center the potentiometer 4. cut the Pastic Tab off the potentiometer 5. reassemble.
It is vital to center the Potentiometer otherwise your forward and reverse speeds will be disproprotinate. in this case your car will not travel straight. (that maybe dependant on the code which I don't believe has been posted yet)

Yes you can do that but I find it easier to have permanent fixed resistor - pot resistance tends to varies - you can adjust the code to make the servos stop. Code added as an example .
//
FrontLeft.write(75); // Make sure all servo are in stop mode
FrontRight.write(75); // Value may varies with each Servo.
BackLeft.write(75);
BackRight.write(75);

what is being used for the axles on the rollers?

2mm x 40mm brass rod - have use 1.75 filament before but they are not strong enough
