I haven't flown it yet, but will soon. Should fly fine as based on an existing model layout and weight. The model is an Allegro foam plane and weighs 1kg without battery, this is basically the same weight as Frank. The body tube is heavy pvc (I am an electrician so have loads of it) but CF would be lighter.
When I was looking at sizes, wingspan, length of fuselage etc I measured the Allegro and this is the same proportions. Has a slightly larger wing area as the Allegro tapers but this is square.
Basically print the body centre (about 90g, the lid is about 40g) and the tail and battery holder/motor mount. Then the idea really is to put any old plane parts you have as that is the basic idea. I did the wings as I was trying to make a very light wing.
I will do an update when (hopefully) I do fly it, but weight to lift should be fine.
A KF foamboard wing would be really light, inspired by these guys https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGPKxb3jNik as I thought, if it breaks just have a spare KF wing on hand and off we go again :)

Does it fly ?
is it not to heavy?
