The slot to help with breaking free is a great feature, however carrying this all the way through its length makes these quite weak and results in snapping off the end of the rollers with very little torque. If you print this, recommend dialing back flow on first two layers to minimize elephant foot/fusing between rollers and bearing.

Thrust Tolerant Needle Bearing

Ooh, very cool, thanks for the heads up. I have had a hard time getting 3d printers to constantly reproduce curved surfaces at small detail. Variations in thermal expansion/contraction of the material over several layers lead to a lot of variability. I found that I get better results when the layer to layer change is constant and linear, thus my bearings and races have straight, consistent sides and I use one angle for the sides of the races and matching side of the bering. And an angle steep enough that I don't get any slumping when the printer prints the overhanging angles.

ALSO, I wanted a bering design that was easy to remix and scale to different sizes and bering configurations in tinkercad... In tinkercad without parametric control of base parts, making different sizes and configurations can be time consuming.

The ideal solution would be to make tinkercad shape generators for the bearings, inner and outer races
